Tom Cruise stars in new sci-fi movie Oblivion

The upcoming sci-fi movie Oblivion stars Tom Cruise as the one of the last couple of remaining drone repairmen designated to Earth in 2073, which has actually been wrecked after years of war with the aliens Scavs.

The movie, composed by 'Tron: Legacy' scribe Joseph Kosinski sees Cruise as Jack Harper, a drone technician who discovers himself on Earth attempting to extract the last resources before the Earth dies.
